In DY1 by the ICEL calendar (or 2003c.e.), the Theory of All Celebrations took place in the grounds of the Imperial Palace, Nenya. The Celebrations were closed to those who are not members of the Illuvauromeni Imperial Family, and as such, little information is available - although it is believed that this celebration was a delayed celebration of the completion of work by Bao Ling, laying the groundwork for magnetic impetus and other EM manipulation techniques.
