Ti City
Ti City is the capital city of Daistallia 2104. It was established by refugees arriving from the White Fog and sits at the mouth of the Kir River. It was named after President Ti, the last president of the former Daistallia.

History
Ti city was founded as a refugee camp for Daistallians arriving in Greenfields after the White Fog disaster. Leading elements of the refugees first encountered many of the technological advances of their neighbors, especially Aqua Nation Atlantica, during this time.
Geography
The Kir River
The Kir River is one of three major rivers in Daistallia 2104. It's mouth is empties into Refuge Bay.
Refuge Bay
Refuge Bay is a large bay at the mouth of the Kir River. It's name dervives fromn it's being one of the first places refugees settled in Daistallia 2104 afte the White Fog. There are numerous aquatic settlements which originated as underwater refugee facilities provided by Aqua Nation Atlantica.
Islands
There are three large and eight small islands in Refuge Bay. Additionnaly, there are 4 major islands of varying size found offshore (not pictured on the map).

Greenrock Island
Greenrock Island is 32 kilometers offshore. It is approximately 3 square kilometers. Greenrock Island is famously known as the location of the Greenrock maximum security prison.
