Tibetan is the only non-Indo-European language spoken officially in Navi Bharat, and is spoken heavily in the autonomous Tibetan south. It is the only language to be tied officially to politics, being the official language of the Tibetan Freedom Party. Tibetan is protected by law, and all children in the autonomous south as well as many neighbouring regions are given Tibetan immersion classes. It also the official language of Navi Bharati Buddhism.
