Tirion is the capital of Upper Tomania and the largest city in the province and has many major historical, culultral, and religious landmarks. Built three centuries before the Great Conjunction, Tirion, is home to Tomania’s second oldest free standing religious column to Varda Elentari, also birth cityof Deputy Executor Iarwen ben-Adar.


Geography

City has a total area of 891.82 km² .

Built at the banks of the springs of the River Glanduin, Tirion, was built here first as major source for Imperial Aqueducts to bring water to other outlying cities, Tirion built on the highest point of the Hislagaer plateau.

Demographics

According the 2006 Imperial Census the city of Tirion has 3,675,000 inhabitants and a metropolitan population of 4,262,480 and a density of 809/km²

The ben-Adar Estates are located in Tirion, also, the Menegorth caves are Iarwen ben-Adar's favorite location for spelunking.

Local Quidditch team is called the Tirion Tintallë, as well as the soccer and water polo teams.
