Overview
Along with his brother Bob, Toby maintained the Pratt Dynasty's iron-fisted control over the nation of Santa Barbara. Toby was born in the central Goletan Plains and, after joining the Santa Barbaran Army, rose through quickly through the ranks to become General in time for the 9-Hour War. His death was marked by being accused of planning to betray his brother in what would have been a bloody military coup. It is unknown whether such a plan was ever conceived by him, but Toby "the General" Pratt was killed for it in a limited orbital action over Earth.
