An obsessive-compulsive state where traffic laws are heavily enforced to make transit a veritable dance of motion on the immaculate highways. For the few motorists who do not use mass transit, stop lights are timed so if the speed limit is obeyed, they will never have to stop for one. Traffic lawbreakers and selfish, close-minded parkers who take up more than one space are heavily fined and in danger of having their license revoked.
High-speed monorails (equipped with Internet access) deliver the majority of citizens to convenient exchange points where clean buses drive citizens to their destination. The monorail service also extends from city to city, so it is possible to travel coast-to-coast.
The vast majority of citizens currently play Final Fantasy XI, a massively-multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG). Even the president himself plays a character named Toxik.
