The Travelling Circus is a region just to the East of South America, it currently consists of one member nation, the founder and former member of Pink Floyd, The Surreal Realm of Spooty.
History
The Region formerly encompassed all the circus shows that made their way back to the region, it was then called the Travelling Circus of Spoot after the largest of the Circuses The Travelling Circus of Spoot, when the Circuses merged and became one nation they kept the region name and kept Mr Spoot as ruler overall, when democracy crept into the region and Mr Spoot was no longer ruler over Spooty, he still retained the title of Mr of all TCOS, a title which he only lost when he died, the torch was then passed onto Mr Spoot's rightful heir Mr Spiff who also gained control over the whole of Spooty, he still rules to this day.
