Chairwoman Justine Engard

Justine Engard is the elected leader of the People's Assembly. She is charged with overseeing the day to day running of Enn, as well as passing legislation to better the nation. She was a strong supporter of the Council/Assembly system, and maintains her strong authoritarian stance on many issues. She is well respected as a dangerous opponent throughout Ennish politics. Chairwoman Engard was elected to the Chair on the 11th of September, 2005.

Her view of Chief Justice Loreni

Justine Engard has a healthy respect for Xavier Loreni. For a time they worked together as advisors to the Council, prior to Destabilisation. Information apart from this is hard to come by, as Mrs. Engard remains tight-lipped about her personal views towards her fellow triumvirs.

Her view of Lady Faren

Mrs. Engard has never trusted Lady Faren, but respects her ability to maintain control. They come from such widely different backgrounds - Mrs. Engard as a working-class democrat, Lady Faren as the autocratic heiress to the Lantari estate - that it is no wonder they differ on many issues. However, since becoming Chairwoman, Engard has refused to comment on this apparent schizm.

Chief Justice Xavier Loreni

Xavier Loreni is the Chief Justice of the High Court of Enn. He is charged with overseeing and adjudicating the legal disputes within Enn. He rose to prominence as a champion of the Council during Enn's withdrawal from the UN, and served as Council spokesman on International Affairs. While he is not seen as popular, many Ennish say that they support him.

His view of Justine Engard

Xavier Loreni has made few public comments about the new Chairwoman, apart from his speech at her inauguration, when he praised her tactical mind and persistancy. He appears to have taken his cue from the Chairwoman, and says little on personality matters.

His view of Yssandra Faren

Difficult to say. Loreni championed Faren in her quest to become Consul to the UN, but abandoned her once she gained that position. He has always remained much more guarded with his private views of Lady Faren then Sikura has.

Lady Yssandra Faren

Yssandra Faren is an enigma. Rising from nowhere to become Consul to the UN, then revealing during Destabilisation her incredible (some would say unbelievable) amount of personal wealth, she is not generally trusted by the Ennish populace. However, she has gained a grudging respect as a great orator and political mastermind. It has been revealed that her wealth comes from being the only heir to the estate of Daviel Lantari, the inventor of the Ennish Shandy, Enn's chief export. Recently, Lady Faren has been showering her cousin Stephano with gifts, and some analysts wonder whether she intends to set him up as her heir, both to the family fortune, and to the Triumvir's seat.

Her view of Justine Engard

Unknown. Lady Faren never responded to any of Mrs. Engard's remarks while the latter was just a member of the Assembly, and keeps her silence now Justine is a fellow Triumvir.

Her view of Xavier Loreni

Again, unknown. She has always cooperated with his judgements, and has not made any remarks that would reflect badly on the Chief Justice.

As such, the Second Triumvirate appears to be far more settled than the fraught First Triumvirate, when Hannah Sikura worked as Chairwoman. Only time will tell if this is true.
