TrotskysRevenge, (also known by the familiar term 'teh Moo') is the emperor of the New Pacific Order.

His formal title is Emperor Revenge, Divine Bovine Overlord of the New Pacific Order, Moo-cows with Guns.

Teh Moo, took over from Dilber as NPO emperor, announcing his selection in an official imperial edict on the 29 Jan 2007.

As Emperor, TrotskysRevenge may use the NPO's imperial flag. Only Emperors and past emperors of the NPO may use this flag.
