Tsue

Tsue is the Capital City of the Empiere of Anoy ever since 1984.It is based on Anoy Island. It is the seat of The Emperor (vacant) and The National Parliament (only 50 members nominated out of 170).It is where Great Chancelor Tsikisho has his oficial seat and family home.It was said to be the centre of numerous dubious acts',conected to the chancelor.

History:

The city was built around 1883.It recieved general atention when the infamous Togutakama School had setled there in 1899 and defied the Empiere,claiming an own theocratic state, The Heavenly Theocracy of Tsue .In 1914 it was defeated and the posesions of the Tsue branch of the school were confiscated by the state. In 1932 it was the site of the building of the Tsimituyosho Prison complex .
