The Tudor Oblast is the seventh largest oblast in Coocoostan. It is located in the north-central portion of the county and is bordered by the Coocoo Autonomous Oblast,Ondakastan and the Capital Oblast. The oblast is centered, literally and figuratively around Starlight City, where the bulk of the oblast's people live.

Geography

Starlight city is typically urban, with several skyscrapers in the northern part of the city. The outlying areas have the smaller suburban city of Brackett, the military town of Bornsville and several other small towns in a desert setting. The area is somewhat mountainous and the roads and rails of the Oblast reflect that by taking long detours around or over them.

Culture

Los Santos is home to a vibrant Chinatown, one of the five largest in the country. Besides this however, Starlight City has been seen nationally as a somewhat gritty, industrial city. While growing rapidly, the cultural nuances found in other parts of the country are absent. The Mondo Burger Restaurant Chain is based in the oblast, where it has the most locations, as is the Veturi Corporation. Starlight City is also home to Thornton Enterprises, the conglomerate controlled by Ryan Thornton, the nation's second-richest man.

The main artery in the area is the A4, which runs south to Summikalad and north to the border with Intracircumcordei. The E48 branches off of the A4 in Starlight City and goes to Petersburg and Brackett in the west. The Oblast encourages public transit over car use, which means the roads are not as expansive as they otherwise would be. Bus Routes in Starlight City and commuter buses from some of the other towns are prolific.

The oblast is one of two areas offering train service to the airport and the only one with service outside the city itself.
