Tundra Association for Regional Stock Car Auto Racing (TARSCAR) is the governing body of the Tundra region's highest racing series, the TARSCAR Monroe Cup. One of it's most exciting aspects is that each country in the region owns and operates a race team. Though each nation must use the same body for their cars, the engine and suspension of the car is built using domestic products.
Based in Monroe City, Thermolia, TARSCAR is overseen by its president, Mike Shelton.

TARSCAR is scorinated by the CEO of Thermolia using NASCAR Racing 2003 Season IROC Mod by Project Wildfire.
