Tyrellian International is one of the most well-followed and popular Soccer clubs in Casari. With a history going back almost One Hundred years, Tyrellian International have become the standardbearers of success in the country, with over 70 years of playing in Casari's top level.

Club History

Early History

Tyrellian International began play in 1396 as Tyrellia National Football Club, being created in order to fill the final spot in the then-new Casaran Football League, who desired to have a team in the Nation's Capital. The team was initally run out of the league's profits and then sold to Charles Blight, a rich businessman in town. They started playing out of Revolution Square Field, an 18,000 capacity field, for the first 14 years of the team's existance until the stands were torn down and the new Tyrellia City Stadium was built around the existing pitch in 1410. The club found success, winning the Football League twice before the soccer league structure was reorganized under the Casari Soccer Authority in 1914. The team continued at City Stadium for another 34 years after the Reorginizaton, wining 14 National League titles in that time while maintaining themselves as perrenial contenders.

The Move

In 1445, tiring of the lower class audience his team was catering to and the low profits he was recieving while the profit generated by other teams was expanding greatly with the introduction of the VIP Suite and Premium Seating, Blight quietly took under-the-table offers for a new stadium outside of the inner city. Being marketed as a Cricket field for a new team he was starting to compliment Tyrellian National, the announcement that the team would be moving out of the city was made on December 19th, 1445, several months before the start of the 1446 season and the introduction of the Casaran Professional Leagues. When angry fans decended on the stadium in protest, all of the team's property had already been moved and the stadium abandoned and left in the care of the city. The new stadium, Tyrellia Hill, on top of a hill in the upper-class Tyrellia suburb of Tongren, by a cruel twist of fate, on clear days was visible from City Stadium and neighboring Revolution Square.

Modern History

Tyrellian National christened their new stadium with a series of international friendlies and a name change to their current name of Tyrellian International. With it's newer, Upper-class fanbase, Tyrellian International's profits soared, leading them to win 4 of the next 6 First Division seasons. Their success has not fallen since, as they claimed the honor of being Casari's most successful team ever. They won their 40th National Championship in 1499, finishing on top of the Casaran First Division for the twenty-fourth time and earning promotion back to the International Association Football League
