Overview

UN Taxation Ban keeps the UN from imposing taxes on citizens of member states. This means, in essence, that the UN must get all of its money from national treasuries, who may get that money by taxing citizens.

It is interesting to note that although UN Taxation Ban is Resolution #4, it is the oldest resolution still in effect (#1, #2, and #3 all having been repealed).
