Uinto is the third largest city in Neudegg. It is the home city of current Prime Minister Sally Salston who's father was once the city's Mayor. Uinto is a very old city thought to predate the creation of Neudegg itself, it was thought to be the capital of the ancient nation of Neudegger.
Uinto has a large student population due to its 3 universities the largest being Uinto City University.
The City Council is strongly controlled by the Neudegg Treu und Wahr Social Democratic Party.
