Ulkesh is one of only two Vorlons to regularly leave either Vorlon Prime or its base of operations in the Sol System. He is regarded by the few who know him as arrogant, petty and cruel. Despite this, his domestic support continues to ensure that he is selected to liase with Younger Races, especially where it is deemed likely that a Vorlon will be attacked, as his martial capabilities are considerably greater than Alkesh's, and he is more likely to use force to solve his problems.
