Umbrella Aerospace is actually the merging of two super corporations in the interest of progressive science and medical techonologies. The corporations merged were Umbrella Corporation and Union Aerospace Corporation (U.A.C.). Umbrella Aerospace was founded in the country of Ruygeo before it's military coup overthrew the parliament with new bio-technological weaponry.
The founder and CEO of Umbrella was Selena Spencer and Malcolm Betruger was the top researcher and founder of UAC. Both Selena and Malcolm were business rivals in which their conflicts spurred a bizarre romantic relationship. On June 25, 1987, Malcolm gave Selena two propositions: her hand in marriage and the merging of their successful companies. Selena accepted both and thought it fitting to have both the wedding and merge take place on December 13, 1987. On September 9, 1988, their son was born; Ozwell Betruger.
30 years pass since Ozwell's birth.
The death of both Selena and Malcom Betruger due to natrual causes shakes the corridors of the company. In their will, Ozwell was to be the heir to the company in hope to carry the torch to advance mankind's course to a better world.
Employees were concerned for Ozwell's ambitious strives for advance weaponry technology. Ozwell used the promises of new weapons to control the political leaders of the government. Ozwell was the puppetmaster of the nation, he destoryed the reputation of every dissent of his policies. Ozwell used his power as a businessman and the ruthlessness of a dictator. He placed many of his thrust-worthy advisors onto the seats that controlled the once peaceful democratic nation.
On April 4, patriots of the former Ruygeo democratic government known as RRF (Ruygeo Rebellion Faction) attempted to organize a rebellion in the Rain Mountains region. Ozwell, rather than ordering the advancement of human troops to crush them, saw this as an opportunity to test out a new bio-weapon series code named-Tyrant. He called the operation, Black Rain. The first of the Tyrant series were the Proto-Tyrants which proved effective in offensive capablities but lacked the defensive ablities the company hoped for. The Tyrant was known to decomposed significantly and after the operation, the company recalled the Proto-Tyrants.
Despite the Proto-Tyrants shortcomings, all of the rebels of RRF were slaughtered. Some of the faces of the bodies were torn too much that DNA testing was needed to identify the members. The massacre in the Rain Mountains secured Ozwell's place as the Prime Minister of a new nation renamed, Umbrella Aerospace.
