University of Heathergate
The second most prestigious non-military college in Sicinia Salis, Heathergate (founded 1594 C.E.) is home to three schools:
- School of Law
- School of Business
- School of Government
It is from Heathergate that most of the lawyers and businessmen in Sicinia come, and it's history department, lead by Comtesse Adrienne du Ecole, is the finest in Sicinia, if not all of Namura.
With its government-run sister school the Royal Naval Academy, the universities consitute more than a third of the city of Ecole de Mer, giving the city a pleasant college atmosphere like Bausin.
