Overbecland is actually Thomas M. Overbeck, a graphic artist residing in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Online, Thomas also goes by his Second Life name of PyThomas Olbracht, which is the name used for the Chancellor of Overbecland. Thomas is a fan of among other things Monty Python, thus the nickname (PyThomas = Python + Thomas).
