How does one join the GPU (Galactial Postal Union, not Commissariat for Internal Affairs!)? And would it help to have links to existing postal authorities, e.g., Sober Thought Post?
Originally you just signed by adding your nation name to it, I mostly just recruited through IRC, um but yeah if you sign and ratify it in say a news post while linking the wiki page that would be great. Er and aye feel free to link it. --Doc Evilonavich 19:30, 11 June 2006 (GMT)
