Deleted template pages

I have deleted the various Template pages you created, as you marked them {{deletion}}. It was no problem, but out of curiosity: what were you doing?Gruen2alk 17:02, 7 November 2005 (GMT)

Right. That's an interesting idea. I briefly tried to do something similar on the main ISO page, but couldn't get anything to work. I have to admit, I wasn't using templates, and am not too versed in their subtlties. I did a quick experiment in the sandbox (check its history page if you want - I saved before and after edits): it seems NSwiki will resize images, but not display them. I used Stoddenia's flag, as it's...flag-sized, and it resized to 25 px in the right ratio, but only a white box, linking to the image, showed. That said, I'm not 100% sure I have the right syntax. I'll fiddle further, and see. I'm willing to help you sort it, though, because a) it's a great idea, and b) we could nick the code for the main ISO page anyway. :P
So, er...I don't know. I had assumed it would work on NSwiki, and I'm not sure why it doesn't. Testing of that sort of thing is best in the Sandbox, although I appreciate you needed to make templates in this instance. I would suggest asking another sysop, although Goobergunch and Frisbeeteria are both very busy right now. I'll see if I can figure out a way to make this work.Gruen2alk 22:03, 7 November 2005 (GMT)

IPA Troubles

I think the problem might be that we don't have Wikipedia's IPA templates. Things might look better now, because I edited your css sheets to use the actual fonts instead of the template. → Ceo \ squawk 13:56, 7 February 2006 (GMT)

We don't have the IPA templates because...no one's created them. :) → Ceo \ squawk 13:46, 8 February 2006 (GMT)

Re: Image Resize

You can't resize offsite images (no idea why), but you can resize local images to a certain size. Unfortunately, when you try to make them too small, they don't display in the browser. → Ceo \ squawk 13:46, 8 February 2006 (GMT)
