Yes, you can create pages for your nation and region. A very helpful page is NSwiki: Info_boxes, which will teach you how to place infoboxes designed for regions and nations. Also, it will be helpful to view existing region pages like my own region United Nations, or The Pacific to see what kind of information would be considered relevant to NSwiki pages. The rest is up to you!
