CHDI for April - missing?

Looks like you may have missed me on the April CHDI numbers. I don't want to approximate it or take your job away from you or anything, so I'd really appreciate it if you could put me back on the list. Thanks! --the Philosophes 16:51, 4 April 2006 (GMT)

Re: deletion of Main page

I realize that now, but I wonder why the talk is at Talk: Main page, not Talk: Main Page.

Still, talk pages should only be protected for a short time. I think the person who protected Talk:Main Page Should know this. --swilatia 19:30, 5 April 2006 (GMT)

but moving it has no effect. therfore this silly change should be reverted. --swilatia 12:12, 10 June 2006 (GMT)

Vandalism on Jey

Yes, Ceo, they are just messing around with my page at school. Jey 17:18, 24 April 2006 (GMT)

Edit: Also, is there any way for you to block my page from vandalism, yet leave my account still able to edit? Jey 17:54, 25 April 2006 (GMT)
If you ban 146.145.221.130, will I still be able to access my account from the school computer? Jey 23:39, 26 April 2006 (GMT)

Adoki deletion

Thanks for restoring Adoki. I am a bit concerned about why you deleted it though. While there may have been some speedy deletion criteria it met, it didn't meet many of the other criteria for speedy deletion. The wiki article had its original population in it, but Adoki actually departed from the game at a significant population. Lots of pages linked to it, and it wasn't just a copy and paste of the nation text from the webgame along with an infobox. It has a category of a dozen or so related articles. It is my understanding that an article which is linked to by pages not written by the same author, which isn't a copy and paste / trivial article, doesn't qualify for speedy deletion at all. Finally, while "Adoki" no longer exists, it is now represented in a new puppet "The Allied States of Commonwealth Ambara" (see: Commonwealth of Peoples), although in fairness only those following User:Owain's roleplaying could be expected to know that. --Pantocratoria 03:18, 21 November 2006 (GMT)

About Canada

It seems you've placed an ad concerning, "unverifiable or subjective content that seems to have been included for the purpose of promoting the region."

I disagree and would like to kindly ask what section are you referring to in an attempt to correct the text.

I would be lying if I said it didn't pain me greatly to be publicly accused of impartiality after having dedicated so much time to creating an attractive and pleasant series of Wiki documents.

TheUnitedStatesof_America and the Christianity article

User:TheUnitedStatesof_America has added a large section to the Christianity article which amounts to, at best, an apologetic for a fundamentalist Christian sect. It reads almost word for word like the last brochure I had thrust into my hands by crazy people in King George Square. It is highly POV and has no value as encyclopedic content. Is there a way to stop this user editing this particular article? --Pantocratoria 02:40, 29 December 2006 (GMT)

I've blocked the user for six months for violating the vandalism convention. (( Pacitalkia )) Time sent: 03:47, 29 December 2006 (GMT)
