I played NationStates about a year ago for a few months, then left. Recently, I have founded a new nation and joined with two friends as a new region. According to the 'What to Contribute' page, "Your nation page and region page are good places to begin and improve, as well as any articles related to them." - what I would like to check is that would creating a page about my region be seen as advertisement/otherwise disallowed as it is small and new, and does not take part in roleplays on the Jolt NationStates forums (although does roleplay privately)?
