Empires

I was looking at the Vertosan Empire page, and realised that the Vertosan and Kiravian Empires are quite similar historically, politically, and socially. For example, how the Soveriegn Alliance was once the centre of the Vertosan Empire, Kirav's territories were once administered from the Sovereign Federation region(which is still in existance). Strange, no? Another similarity is that Colonization, rather than occupation or conquest, seem to make up the backbone of both empires. Both are incorporated empires, which seem to give equal rights to provincials/colonists, and their territories, while each still retains a principal nation. Kirav began building it's empire after it's mother nation of Coscivia(which never existed as a nation in NS gameplay) was destroyed. Vertosa began imperialism after nuclear devastation.
