I removed the Factbook links from Tseaby. It may be that you need a factbook later, but with only one page you really don't need a separate category. You also added Category:Factbooks to your nation page, which isn't how it works. Every nation page is assumed to be a national factbook - the category is only when you have multiple pages to catalog.
If/When you find you need to create Category:Tseaby, follow the instructions on the factbook page. The category becomes a sub-category of factbooks. Confusing, yes. I'll be glad to help if need be. → Fris Θtalk
