==Background==

The history of Utah State since its admission to the United States of America on January 4, 1897 to its occupation and annexation to the United States of Sovereign California on October 12, 2011 has remained virtually unchanged. The State Of Utah was one of the very few states in the West that fought against California and its armed forces during the '''Second U.S. Civil War'''. During the Second Civil War the State of Utah was heavily bombarded and shelled until nothing of its cities remained. As of July 7, 2021 when the State Of Utah was admitted to the Californian Union, the Californian Parliament had appointed a State Governor and set about rebuilding the capital of Utah State since it and several other cities in Northern Utah had been nearly obliterated in the fight against Californian Armed Forces.

Upon arriving in Northern Utah, those who were appointed with the daunting task of rebuilding the cities of the area had come to understand that because of the untold amount of sheer destruction inflicted upon the cities in Northern Utah by California's Armed Forces, there was no way to differentiate where one city blasted to rubble ended and where the next ruined city had began. Upon surveying the damage done to the cities of Northern Utah the decision was made to completely remmove the ruins of the cities and to build anew removing all remnants of the old cities and building new ones. It was here that the cities of Ogden and Greater Salt Lake City were rebuilt, Ogden becoming a more larger and populous city spanning three counties, and Salt Lake spanning into two and a half counties with Ogden and Salt Lake City both occupying parts of Davis County. Reconstruction of Utah State took twenty-two years before Utah was able to sustain itself economically and politically as a state.

After its reconstruction, Utah ended up becoming one of the major industrial and enterprise centers of Western California behind California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona and Nevada causing Utah to gain a reputation for having its high standards and its moderate costs of living.

It wasn't until September 20, 2519 when the State Of Utah was divided and alloted to the states of Nevada and Colorado under the authorization of the Californian Parliament.
