The State Of Utah was one of the very few states in the West that fought against California and its armed forces during the '''Second U.S. Civil War'''. During the Second Civil War the State of Utah was heavily bombarded and shelled until nothing of its cities remained. As of July 7, 2021 when the State Of Utah was admitted to the Californian Union, the Californian Parliament had appointed a State Governor and set about rebuilding the capital of Utah State since it and several other cities in Northern Utah had been nearly obliterated in the fight against Californian Armed Forces.
