Valentinian I In Nomine Satanas is notable for being the only Drunken Pagan Emperor that did not follow the state's traditional religion. Instead, he was a Satanist, which is where his title comes from. OMFG SATAN. Oh, and he liked King Diamond way too much. Although, if you think about it, that's certainly not a bad thing.
There are no truly notable events that occured during his reign, as he died after accidentally snapping his neck in a moshpit during a Mercyful Fate concert only two days after ascending to the throne. His younger brother Alexius II took the throne soon afterward.
