Brief
The United Star Empire of Valinon is the premiere power of the Raumreich Oversector, with vast interests across the galaxy from Mars to the Orion Sector. The Star Empire draws its power from several factors. First the power of its navy, the Kriegsmarine, second the historical precedent of House Alderman to remain resolute against the odds (the phrase stubborn to a fault comes to mind), and third the depth of the Valinor network of alliances and diplomatic relationships. Although the Valinor are somewhat isolationist and undoubtly insular in many respects, the Star Empire often can be seen taking a roll in international affairs across the galaxy.
