Van Hollburg is a province located in the East of St Samuel. The province borders Harcourt, Frankfort and Beaumont. The provincial capital is Béatávárös. The current Lord Protector of Van Hollburg is Sir Józef Gyór.

The population of the Van Hollburg province is 51,745,000.

Ethnicity

For 97% of the population, mostly St Samuelian, the mother tongue is Hungarian, whilst English is the second language. Several ethnic minorities exist: Diana 1%, Arkaani 0.6% and Liarb 0,4%.


Physical geography

Approximately slightly more than one half of Van Hollburg's landscape consists of flat to rolling plains. The most important plain regions include the Little Van Hollburg Plain in the west, and the Great Van Hollburg Plain in the east. The highest elevation above sea level on the latter is only 183 metres.
