The Vic's long-time Captain and Manager Ryan Garry is most likely the most famous person hailing from Vecchio, as he captained Starblaydia in World Cup 15. The Vic's fortunes have waxed and waned since his departure from the pitch into the dugout; they make their money (off the back of one of the smaller stadiums in the League) through their famous Youth Academy, by bringing up great talent and selling it on. Former Nova Mercia leader Douglas Gould is also beleived to have fled here after surrendering the nation to Krytenia, and is living under an assumed name.
