Verenigde Nederlanden (VerNed) is Dutch for United Netherlands. The region is the direct successor to Germanie. The region gains full independence with the the decomposition of the Federated States on the 20st of August 2007.

History.

The history of VerNed can be divided in some periods:

1) The Early Germanic Period or Pre-FS Period. This period is the shortest period in the entirely history of VerNed, namely from August-28-2006 till August-31-2006.

2) The Germanic Period or FS Period. This is the longest period in history, allmost 1 year. It is the Golden Age of Germanië and the Federated States. The period starts on August-31-2006 when Germanië joins the FS officially.

3) The Germanië-VerNed Period or Late FS Period. This period is totally situated in the summer slump of 2007. Which ruinated the FS, a decline in members activity was noticed since the beginning of Juin. After the examination period the nations of Germanië wanted to start again from zero, VerNed was born. The exact dates or lost, but it must be around the 16th of July (date that the first message on the RMB was lodged). They take also this date as official date of foundation.

4) The VerNed Period or After-FS Period. On the 20st of August 2007, the FS will be decomposed. This will be exact 10 days after the announcement. On August-28-2007, VerNed will celebrate 1 year VerNed. This can be done because entirely Germanië moved to the region Verenigde Nederlanden, officially they just changed the name of their region.

The government.

The VerNed government (Volker, 8-18-2007):

Parties.

In VerNed there is one political party active, although there is the freedom to unite. This party is Dietsspraak (Dutchspeek).

Language.

The official language in VerNed is de facto Dutch. Frisian is also used on the World Factbook on the regional page.

The common used language is also Dutch.

Religion.

The official religion in VerNed is de facto the Nordicism. The Region has no patron god yet, neither does it have any religious capitals.

Geography.

The lowest point of VerNed lies below the sea level while the highest point lies above 600m. Rivers which flow out on VerNed territory:

  • Eems,
  • Rijn,
  • Maas,
  • Schelde,
  • Ijzer,
  • Zomme.

Economics.

The economy in VerNed is ass nothing, the total return = 0 Reichkrones. The biggest agricultural firm is Volker's Pig Breeding Company.

Defence.

The defence of VerNed is fully in private hands. The region has a founder. There is just one army in VerNed, this army is the Volkers Krijgsmacht (in English: Volker's Armed Forces).
