The Victoria University of Neorvins, often referred to as VUN or Vic, is one of Kelssek's most highly-reputed universities. Known particularly for its courses in law, humanities, and some sciences, it was established in 1897 has about 30,000 students as of fall 2006 with about 4,000 graduate students. About 14% of undergraduates are international students. The university's motto comes from the Jacobean play The Duchess of Malfi.

Its campus is located in downtown Neorvins. The university campus provides many cultural opportunities for students and the public, and the area surrounding the campus has become a vibrant area for culture and nightlife.

Among the university's alumni is Alan Kerk, the present Prime Minister of Kelssek, who obtained his law degree at VUN, and Peter Coakson, currently Minister of Foreign Affairs, who obtained an M.A. in International Relations.
