Ville de Montréal, or just simply Montréal is the largest city of Kelse and the capital of the Montréal région, which encompasses Montréal and its suburbs. Montréal is also one of the six communes of Montréal. It is a leading city in global cultural, and a major center of commerce in the IDU and is renowned for its defining neo-classical architecture mixed with eccentric modernism as well as its influence in fashion, the arts, and entertainment.

Situated on the shore of the Golfe de Kelçia in central Kelse, Kelse hosts a rich array of museums, galleries, and nightlife. Montréal inside its administrative limits had an estimated mid-2008 population of almost 50,000,000, but since it's establishment the city has grown well beyond those boundaries.
