Style

Vivica Hill is one of the largest promoters of building a new, heavily flexible style for the national team. The focal point of this is the 3-1-2-1-3 formation which the Casaran National Team has used to good effect in international competition. Along with the formation, Hill usually drafts younger, faster players able to cover much more ground for the national team, instead of older, more experienced players.
