Weinersteinston
The People's Republic of Weinersteinston (Weinston: Vök Rebulik v'Däkelčalx) or Weinersteinston (Weinston: Däkelčalx), is a country that stretches from the Shrimpkin Ocean to the mountains of the North West Points. It is commonly referred to as "Weinersteinston" and abbreviated as "P.R.W.". Weinersteinston is one of the most unique nations of western PEEL and one of the only socialist nations in western PEEL.

History

Pre-Formation History
Weinersteinston was originally a group of colonie of New European nations. After they felt that they were too far away to be controled by these nations, the colonies bonded and wrote a declaration of their intent to break from these nations and form a new nation. Their request was granted, and the Republic of Weinersteinston was formed.
Post-Formation History
Since its formation, the Republic of Weinersteinston became involved in many PEEL issues. After a great amount of time in peace, President Silver was kidnapped by Dark Jedi and formed the Empire of Weinersteinston, named himself Emperor, and joined the Holy Dominion. After the entrance in the Holy Dominion, the Smiley Face Army quickly grew in size. After a few months of being involved in the Dominion War, the Communist rebels fought out the Imperials in the Battle of Weinston City and the People's Republic of Weinersteinston was formed. Since the formation of the People's Republic, it's become a member of COMECON and hasn't been as involved in PEEL issues as it had in the past, but still very active.
Politics
Politically speaking, Weinersteinston is diverse nation. With its political parties and three changes in government, Weinersteinston has changed much since 2051.
History
Originally, the Republic of Weinersteinston was a democratic government. In 2051, the people elected John Silver president. He picked his prime minister, or vice president, and the people elected Congress. Then, Silver become Emperor and disbanded Congress, making himself supreme ruler. Luckily for the people, the rebels overthrew the Imperials and the current communist government was formed.
Head of State
From 2051 to the Imperial Revolution, head of state was the President, who, for that time, was John Silver. The second-in-command was the Prime Minister.
During the Imperial rule, Emperor Silver was head of state and the only law. With the disbandment of Congress, he has complete power over the Weinstons.
From 2053, the year of the Battle of Weinston City, to today, head of state is the Premier, who has been Kurdt Kobain from 2053 to today. There was no second-in-command from 2053 to the Election of 2054, but since the Election of 2054, second-in-command is the Sub-Premier, who is currently Ian Grant.
The election of Premier has occured twice, once in 2053 after the revolution and again in 2054 for the first formal election. Both times Kurdt Kobain won. The Premier's term lasts 3 years and is based on the popular vote. The next Premier election is in 2057.
The election of Sub-Premier is new. It has only occured in the 2054's Election. In the Weinersteinston system, Sub-Premier is elected as the runner-up in the Premier election, so Ian Grant, the current Sub-Premier, was runner-up in the 2054 Election. The Sub-Premier's term lasts for 3 years as well.
If Premier is unable to perform his/her duties, the Sub-Premier becomes the Acting-Premier or Premier. For more on the Weinersteinston Line of Succession, see its page.
Congress
From 2051 to the Imperial Revolution, Congress was the body of elected people that proposed bills and passed laws, taxes, ordinances, and amendments to the Weinersteinston Constitution.
During the Imperial rule, there was no Congress, as Silver had disbanded it.
From the revolution to today, Congress has been reformed and is doing what it had done before the Imperial rule.
The official name of the Congress, in Weinston, is Euhëzp v'Däkelčalx, or Congress of Weinersteinston, and is usually called Congress by both members and citizens alike.
Election of Congress occured in 2053 and 2054, and Congressional terms last for 3 years, like Premier and Sub-Premier terms, and its elections coincide with the election of Premier/Sub-Premier.
The Weinston Congress is bicameral. The higher house of Congress is called the Arzaes. There are currently 120 seats in this house. The Arzaes's seats are distributed evenly to the four Republics of Heisarx, Splusston, Peniguia, and Thiederlande, meaning 30 seats per Republic. The Weinston Constitution does not outline how the Republics must distribute these seats, so how these seats are filled is a Republic-specific issue. Currently, though, all the Republics have districts of about the same population which are awarded equal representation.
The lower house of Congress is called the Zproes. There are currently 470 seats in the Zproes. This house has a national election in which the seats are distributed proportionally amongst the parties. The party must receive at least 5% of the vote to be a part of the approportion of seats.
Subdivisions
] The nation of Weinersteinston is one of the medium sized nations of PEEL, yet it is climbing up the list of nations based on size. With the annexations of Peniguia and western Splussia, Weinersteinston has become one of the large nations of western PEEL.
Weinersteinston is split into three "Republics". Heisarx is the name for the original Weinersteinston. Heisarx has the same 15 provinces and 4 districts it had before the "Republics". Peniguia is the Republic which came from the nation of Peniguia after it was annexed by Weinersteinston. Peniguia has no provinces and one district, the Ice District, home to New Vandstrabe, the Republic's capital. Splusston, the third Republic, is located where western Splussia once was. Splusston will have provinces and districts that are yet to be bordered. The known Splusston district is Lake Splussia District, home to New Newhook, the capital of Splusston.
In the west, Heisarx's core population and smallest and numerous provinces are found. The two costal islands of Grohl and Novoselic make the province of Grohl and Novoselic, which holds the nation's westernmost district of Davonkrelic, which holds the city of Dantooine, a pivotal city in the Dominion Wars.
The southernmost of the Western Provinces is Nuew Soweales, which holds St. Anub, the district where the city Anuburg is found, the commerce capital of Weinersteinston and a major port.
] Just east of Novoselic is found the province of Nevova, where the distict of Imaginstein is found. That district is home to the city of Lennapolis, one of the main shipping ports of Heisarx and home to the Weinersteinston Naval Academy.
The district known as the District of Slivania, also known as D.S., is home to the capital city of both Weinersteinston and the Republic of Heisarx, Weinston City, the site of the final battle of Weinersteinston's civil battling during the Dominion Wars and home to many of the government's buildings.
The Eastern Provinces are a group of the 7 eastern provinces of Heisarx which are mainly mountainous. The provincial capitals are smaller than the Western Province's and the population is less due to the geography. There are no districts in this area of Weinersteinston.
Geography and Climate
Weinersteinston is a medium sized nation of PEEL located in the cool area of the Northwest Points.
Weather
The average temperature in winter along the lower valley along the Shrimpkin coast and in the lower plateau in the wine country is 35°F as the average high temperature and 15°F for the average low. During summer, the average high temperature for the area is 83°F and 72°F as the low.
For the higher elevated areas in the wine country and the mountain portions of the nation, the average winter high temperature is 29°F and the low is 2°F. The summer average high is 73°F and the average low is 57°F.
The average annual percipitation of the Shrimpkin valley and wine country portions of the nation is 581mm and 1103mm on average in the mountains.
Geography
The nation is varing in elevations. The most populated area of the nation is along the lower Shrimpkin valley, where the major cities of Anuburg and Weinston City are located. The lower plateau area is like the lower ocean valley, but it is a bit higher above sea level, a little less populated, and is a little cooler. The mountain and higher plateau area is always cooler than the coastal and lower plateau regions of the nation and is a resort and vacation capital for the nation. Many of the city dwellers go to the mountains for the skiing and many of the other wintertime activities.
The lower plateau is the farming capital of the nation. Due to the temperatures and elevations in this area of Weinersteinston, it is perfect for growth of grapes and berries that are used in the famous wines of Weinersteinston.
The highest point in Weinersteiston is Mount Weinsuvius, located north of the Anubinia border in the province of Conetia. Weinsuvius was a volcano, but is now inactive, causing the area around the mountain to grow a varity of plants and, in a combination of the plants and the mountains history, making it a tourist attraction. Mount Weinsuvius is 4,796 meters.
The lowest point in Weinersteinston is Eivly Valley. Eivly Valley is located southeast of Penn Point. The valley is -23 meters below sea level and borders Lake Lefle.

Economy
Weinersteinston's economy is different from most of PEEL's.
The People's Weinston Dollars
All businesses are owned by the government other than foreign businesses, though their workers' income, like local business employees, is taken directly to the government, which then gives weekly checks to the people of Weinersteinston after the government takes out the money needed to run its departments, such as funding for schools. The people then use their money for whatever pleases them.
Industry
The main industries of Weinersteinston are the wine and grape, the automotive industry, and the ship making industry. Other industries include mountain vacation, mining, and paper.
Major Industry
The wine and grape industry is one of the backbones of the Weinersteinstonian economy. The land in the lower hills of Weinersteinston is perfect for the growing of grapes and production of wine. Most of the great wines of PEEL are made in Weinersteinston, and some wines make it to leaders of PEEL. The auto industry is another backbone of the economy. Cities such as Lennapolis, Anuburg, and Dantooine are capitals of the western PEEL auto industry and make some of the most used vehicles of the area. Some of PEEL's greatest ships of today are made in the Lennapolis Shipyard. The shipyard makes privite boats, public transportation boats, and the Premier's offical boat.
Minor Industry
The mountains are host to some of the best ski lodges of the mountain chain and also have materials that are mined for. The trees of Weinersteinston are made into great paper, and then new trees are replanted in their place to help the ecosystem.
Weinersteinston's economy may not be the greatest in PEEL, but it manages to be "good".
Demographics
Weinersteinston has a low population density due to its large expanse. It is concentrated in the west, along the coast of the Shrimpkin Ocean, rather than in the rocky terrain of the east. Peniguia is most heavy populated around its seat. Much like Heisarx, Splusston's core population is on the Shrimpkin coast, and also around New Newhook.
Due to Weinersteinston's colonial past, the ethnic diversity of the nation is large. Only 35% of the people of Weinersteinston are of the native tribal nation and native ethnicity of Weinersteinston, the Eonti(plural; singular is Eontoi). Although 35% are fully Eonti, 68% of Weinersteinston have some type of root to the tribal nation.
Of the 66% of the population that are not fully Eonti, 17% are Zlav, 15% Anubinian, 12% are Pastocian, 16% trace their roots elsewhere, including Neptunian, Yugopatomian, Bamonian, Ivorilian, Cyberian, or a different nation or ethnicity, mostly of southern PEEL, and 5% of the population are robot. 68% of the total population have roots to the Eonti, in some way, while the other 32% have no relation to the Eonti.
Weinston is the main language of Weinersteinston, however Weinersteinston has other official languages, including Zlevic, Galactic Basic, Anubinian Hieroglyphs, and PEEL Standardised Language. The use of Zlevic is rooted to the New European colonists that have influenced the culture. Zlevic is used nationwide, though it is used the most in the northern provinces of the nation. Galactic Basic is used because of the remnants of the Warsian rebels that aided the communists in the overthrow of the Imperials. Galactic Basic is used the most in and around Dantooine, sometimes more than Weinston. The use of Anubinian Hieroglyphs comes from a combination of Anubinian that moved to Weinersteinston and of the ancient Anubinian tribes that have lived in Weinersteinton for centuries. Likewise to many nations of PEEL, PEEL Standardised is used as a sort of "second language" in Weinersteinston. All signs must be in Weinston, but are usually put into a different language(s) as well depending on where in Weinersteinston the sign is. Recently, there has been a surgence of people wishing for the recognition of Native Pastocian as an official language, though this wish has not been granted yet, but is a issue brought up many times in Congress. Other languages are used in Weinersteinston, yet are not used enough to be in consideration of becoming an official language as Native Pastocian has been.
Weinersteinston has a large range of religions because of its freedom of religion. The most common religions are the Church of Franshwa, or Franshwaism, the Reformed Church of the Goddess, the Cult of Amy Wong, Archangelism, Anubism, St Caulisburg Orthodox, and TheLampIncidentism. Weinstons also practice other religions and some are Atheist.
