Senior Military officers occupy top government functions and remain the real players behind the scenes. the junta is made up of the Chairman, the Lord Marshall, the chief of army staff, the chief of air staff, the Chief of Military Staff (Defence Staff), the Chief of the Marine Corps, the Defence Minister (Director-General for National Security), Commander of Tchadian Combat Forces, Commander of the Nigerien Combat Forces, Commander of the Gendarmerie and several high ranking generals in the Wickedville Army.

the Military Junta created the Wickedville armed forces as a professional unit, seperate from the Tchadien army which is the national army, while the Wickedville armed forces are under direct command of the Lord Marshall himself or his deputy.
