The Holy Republic of Wildcatiumum emerged from the populace of the dead nation Wildcatium. However, after a short tenure as an official nation, the government collapsed, leaving the troubled peoples at the mercy of international aid. Said aid was swiftly provided by Dhatsun, who took control of the lands and surrounding waters, with the intent of establishing a maritime trading center around the island.

Realising that this only required an amount of land on which a port could be built, the Dhatsunese government looked for the most efficient way of managing the remaining land, and found that it was provided by FTNW Corporation based in I Know Better Than You, the same corporation that had been largely responsible for the strip-mining of Wildcatium.

On August 1st the CEO of FTNW agreed terms with Charles Onsei of Dhatsun, transfering three million Sen (equivalent to eight-hundred-thousand nick-els) to his personal bank account, in exchange for which FTNW was given posession of the rest of Wildcatiumum.
