Biography
In the war of independence, William Seville (a distant cousin of Maximus I) was just a 17 year old farm boy. After his crop duster (which he modified to drop leaflets) was shot down by small arms fire, he was captured. Days later, TPM forces liberated him, and made him a fighter pilot. 25 confirmed kills later, he finished the war as the top ace, and rose through the ranks of the newly formed air force quickly, making general by age 29 and Sky Marshall by age 35.
