The Williamson Institute is the primary training school of Kerlan Red Guard officers. Its mission is to train and prepare new officers for Guard service. The Williamson Institue is the hardest college to get into in Kerla. To get addmitted to The Williamson Institute, you must have an offical endorsemnet of a Assembly member and a good academic record.

History

The Williason Institute was founded in 1963 to help train officers to led the newly estabished Kerlan Red Guard. It was created by Scott Williamson's plan to improve the chances of the rebellion. It still has the same mission, since its beginning, "To train Kelans to defend the values and tradiations of Kerla. To uphold justice, tranquiity and liberty of Kerlans."

Training

Training is very intense at Williamson. Williamson is renown for having the most pyschal training in the world. Academics are also imporant at Williamson. Williamson is known as having one of the best criminal justice programs in the world. Almost 3 quarters of Guard members will have a law enforcement duty. Williamson is a four year college, wich graduates earn a bachelors of science (BS) degree).

First year (freshman)

The first year is probaly the toughest. First year students go through rigiorous training. It is nicknamed "Officer Candiate's Bootcamp." The training is fouced on training to candiate to surive not only battle, but as a law enforcement officer.

Second year (sophmore)

The second year is more fouced on training with weapons. However this is not for the whole year. Physcial training is still required.

Third year (junior)

The third year is mostly filled with academics. The class usually has a ball commentaing their commitment and how they made it to the third year. =Fourth year= (senior) The most senior members of the Institute, the seniors are usally the student leaders. The seniors are looked up by and are encouraged to act as mentors to freshman.
