Lead by the Self Proclaimed 'Revolutionary of the People', Robert Isoeph, the Marshal of the People's Republics, and Commander-in-Chief of the People's Armed Forces, the People's Republic has become a Leading Economic and Military Powerhouse in the NationStates World, but also still remains semi-Isolationist and seperated from the rest of the NationStates World. A Mostly Benevolent Dictator, Marshal Isoeph has lead his people from first the Meritocratic Isles to the New Meritocracy, shortly followed by The New Meritocracy, with the OSN as their latest home.
The People's Armed Forces are infact a combined Military Force, consisting of Men and Women from both the People's Republic of Winnipeg and the People's Republic of Kitimat. The two Republics Stand together, very closely tied, both State's Governments tied at the top by the People's Council of the Revolution and their Benevolent Leader, the Marshal of the People's Republics, Robert Isoeph.
