Wintermore Constitution

The Constitution of the Principality of Wintermore, commonly referred to simply as the Wintermore Constitution, governs the structure and function of local governance in the Danaan Principality of Wintermore. The constitution is the highest legal document in the principality and subjugates all Wintermore statuatory law. Like all principality constitutions, the Wintermore Constitution is subject to the Constitution of the Resurgent Dream and all laws and treaties passed thereunder, including the semi-legislative treaties which bind the Resurgent Dream and the other member states in the Commonwealth of Peoples. Any provision of the Wintermore Constitution can be nullified by the courts if it contradicts any legitimate national law or treaty.
