Introductory

This text was submitted to the world by The Peoples Anthill, as an alliance of a highly provocative nature. It provoked a number of reactions, including threats of war against signatories. The treaty was never revoked, but is no longer the basis of an active alliance.

The Signatory Nations henceforth agree that biological and chemical weapons of massed destruction are inherently neccessary to the protection of any modern nation, and that to continue to develop more and more toxic chemicals and ever-more virulent strains of biological pathogens, nations require a steady protection from those who regard biochem weapons of massed destruction to be unethical. Furthermore, the Signatory Nations assert that such nations do exist, and will stop at nothing to prevent them from asserting their just and fair right to develop weapons designed to slaughter ever-larger numbers of human beings.

The purpose of this treaty shall be to proliferate the development and stockpiling of biological and chemical weapons of massed destruction. Signatory nations shall agree to aid one another to increase weapons production.

I. The Signatory Nations shall foster the development of biological and chemical weapons of massed destruction (hereby called WMD) between one another.

a. The undersigned nations agree to found an international research organisation dedicated to pursuing ever-more powerful biochemical WMD.

b. The undersigned nations agree to the free exchange of biochem research between other signatories.

c. The undersigned nations shall agree to contribute resources and manpower to assisting other signatories to develop biochem WMD.

II. The Signatory Nations shall foster the development of biological and chemical WMD in the world.

a. The undersigned nations agree to increase production of biochem WMD by at least 50%.

b. The undersigned nations agree to distribute research not deemed 'confidential' or 'top secret' regarding biochem WMD.

c. The undersigned nations agree to assist in the proliferation of biochemical arms to developing nations that they deem worthy of assistance, whether that worthiness be ideological, economic, political, social, racial, etc.

III. The Signatory Nations shall promise to defend the ideals of the World Biochem Proliferation Treaty, and promise to abide by the following rules:

a. No signatory shall use nuclear weapons on another signatory nation.

b. No signatory shall openly misuse or wantonly abuse their stockpiles of biochem WMD.

c. No signatory shall distribute biochem information deemed to be 'confidential' or 'top secret' in nature.

d. Signatories agree to treat other signatories with fairness and respect, and to protect the terms and ideals of the Treaty using their stockpiles of biochem WMD with fair and gentlemanly conduct.

We, the Undersigned Nations, do henceforth agree to the terms ratified by this Treaty:
