Following a mysterious game glitch in the South Pacific during the summer of 2003, an unknown nation called XYZ Affair became delegate. Known as one of the first of the tyrannical Pacific delegates, XYZ ejected many nations from the South Pacific with seemingly little rhyme or reason behind it, before finally losing control of the region.
