Xet Notarbç

Xet Notarbç was born in the city of Loka, Loka to very poor peasants. From an early age he seemed to be politically interested. Even as a teenager he protested for more power to the Chancellors, who at the time were very weak. In 932, he became the governor of Loka, and used this position to place himself in the running for Chancellorship in the election of 938. While he lost this race, he gained the respect of many important party members and received the Chancellorship in 943. During his tenure, he greatly increased the power of the Chancellor; however, he focused on litte else, and was considered a failure by the people, who voted him from office in the next election.
