Education in the Dominion and the Empire

During the later years of Eshkol’s secondary education he was one of one hundred students from Morindira assigned for exchange programs in Tomania. He ended up in Elentarii, a city of 56,0000 people located in the metropolitan region of Armenelos, while attending his exchange Eshkol became enamored by Tomanian culture and beauty, he then decided he would do all that he could to become a performing artist in Tomania.

After completing his mandatory military service in 2002 he was allowed to enter into Vendarra Central College, where again he studied abroad in Tomania attending Vendarra’s sister college, the University of Tirion. The Arts department in the Tomanian university saw that he had great promise and patetioned to the Ministry of Education to allow Eshkol temporary educational residency in the Imperium and be allowed to attend the Imperial Academy of the Performing Arts in Armenelos. After months of negotiation, petitions and bureaucracy both the Tomanian Imperial government and the people’s government of Morinidra conceded to allow the transaction.

Singing and Thearte

In 2006, Eshkol took the name “Yávëtan” meaning ‘Cluster of Fruits’ a Tomanianized form of Eshkol, though his friends gave him the nickname Ettelëa, Quenya for ‘foreigner’ or ‘stranger’. Also in that same year Yávëtan was one of three selected to perform at the i Carmo Festival in the Plaza of Yavanna Our Lady of Fruits. I Carmo Festival is the most prestigious event to perform at in Armenelos. Many high ranking Marduuk officials attend and sometimes even the Sovereign will attend.

In 2007, Eshkol officially changed his name to Yávëtan Ranession Ettelëa (Ranessa, meaning “Young Lioness“, Tomaniazed form of his mother’s name Kefira). However, his name did not change on his Morinidran passport, only on his numerous Tomanian papers and documents. He was granted long-term residency within Tomania.

He was signed to became a government sponsored singer and performer in Armenelos. However, Anaranē was in the Imperial City of Armenelos as requested to make a duet album with Yávëtan. After the release of their single “From Afar, We find each other” sung in both Quenya and Hebrew, Yávëtan became instantly popular amongst the people of Greater Tomania.

In performing, he has been in thirty six different plays and two operas.
