Zhai Palace

Zhai Palace is the official residence of the High King of the Resurgent Dream in the Principality of Zeng. It is located in Kenron.

Zhai Palace was constructed by order of High Queen Agwene in 1999. It was one of the last of the royal residences to be constructed and one of the largest, second only to Ffoulkes Palace in size.

Zhai Palace contains an eleborate complex of buildings. All are wooden structures and most are of elaborate but delicate construction. It is obvious that the designers had no thought of fortification even though the outer walls are secured with all the modern measures used at all royal residences. The palace complex is contained within a two mile perimeter spanned by a 39 foot wall. It has two halls, five palaces, and a number of other buildings with a total of 1,730 rooms. Every building has an odd number of rooms organized symmetrically around the center except for the library which has six rooms.
