Basic Information:The nation of Setian-Sebeceans is a nation with a deep and rich history of war, peace, and exploration. Currently the Setian-Sebecean nation is 'home' country of the larger Second Sebecean Democratic Imperium. Setian-Sebecean is a title dirived from the ancient alliance of the Setianius Democracy and Sebekkan Republic, which conquered the planet of Higar IV.
Early History of the People of Higar
Little is know about the actual foundation of intellegent life on Higar. There are many theories, but traditionally the foundation occured like this
