Fantasy Tech uses its own set of rules, or lack thereof. Magic may exist side-by-side with other technologies, fantastic races and beasts may rule the world - it's entirely up to the creator of the world. Fantasy tech levels are harder to quantify than most, so be sure you and the other players have an OOC understanding before you start.
