Binkley Chapel is the capitol building of SEBTS. The Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches all meet within this one building. Established in 2004 in the center of Wake Forest, it stood as a symbol against heathenism everywhere. It was a sign of a morallly upright society, and as such it stood tall in the face of adversity, well, until one man named V destroyed it with an underground bomb, brought through a train in the Subway system beneath the chapel. V ensured that noone was in the chapel when the bomb exploded, however he also ensured that there were as many people as possible watching the event. It launched a massive rebellion in almost all of Akinland. After nearly three years of reconstruction, the SEBTS government has moved back into the chapel. Security has now been heightened, with a 24 hour surveillance system installed, and thermal sensing imagery located throughout the area.
